Meet Elizabeth!

Elizabeth Gabbert, from Henderson, Ky., is an upcoming senior studying broadcast journalism and communication.

Elizabeth lives out our motto of "Exceeding the Expectations" by dreaming big for her future and working hard towards her goals. Her dream job is "to be the next Erin Andrews or E! News host," Elizabeth said.

In AOII, Elizabeth serves as the chapter's VP of Communication. In her position, she wants to boost our positive image, improve communication between actives and alumnae as well as improve our PR through social media such as Twitter, Facebook and tumblr.

"AOII has helped me grow into a more mature, open and caring person—even more than before I joined," Elizabeth said. "It has also given me the chance to showcase and improve skills within my studies that I’m extremely proud of. It has forced me to exceed the expectation within anything that I do. But, most of all it has instilled in me a practice of appreciation and faith."
