Ari Stone, our new Vice President of Membership Recruitment, is a junior interior design and business major from Highland Park, Ill.
When going through recruitment, Ari felt like she had to change who she really was for other chapters to like her. "It wasn't until I walked into the Pi house that I felt like I could sit however I wanted to (and) make my own dorky jokes... Not once did I feel like I could be myself anywhere else," Ari said.
During her time in the chapter, Ari has become a more confident woman and leader. "I am a stronger woman, more independent, a leader, a philanthropist, and a friend to my sisters. I owe that entirely to them."
As Vice President of Membership Recruitment, Ari aspires to help girls going through formal recruitment find what she has found in AOII. "Everyone deserves to have sisters like mine," Ari said.
